NY Style Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 ball pizza dough (NY-style or high-hydration dough)

• ½–¾ cup pizza sauce (simple tomato sauce)

• 2 cups low-moisture mozzarella, shredded

• Pepperoni slices (classic cup-and-char or thin-sliced)

• 1–2 tbsp Gino’s Hot Honey 🔥

• Dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)

• Red pepper flakes (optional)

• Fresh basil (optional, for finishing)

Instructions

Preheat the oven:

Heat oven to 500–550°F (260–290°C) with a pizza stone or steel inside for at least 30 minutes.

Stretch the dough:

Stretch dough into a thin 12–14 inch round, leaving a slightly thicker edge for the crust.

Build the base:

Spread sauce evenly over the dough, then top with mozzarella and pepperoni.

Bake:

Bake on the hot stone or steel for 6–9 minutes, until the crust is blistered and the cheese is bubbling.

Hot honey finish:

Remove pizza from the oven and drizzle Gino’s Hot Honey generously over the hot pizza.

Slice & enjoy:

Finish with a touch of olive oil or basil if desired.

Fold, bite, and enjoy that sweet-heat New York magic! 🍕🔥
