• 1 ball pizza dough (NY-style or high-hydration dough)
• ½–¾ cup pizza sauce (simple tomato sauce)
• 2 cups low-moisture mozzarella, shredded
• Pepperoni slices (classic cup-and-char or thin-sliced)

Instructions
Preheat the oven:
Heat oven to 500–550°F (260–290°C) with a pizza stone or steel inside for at least 30 minutes.
Stretch the dough:
Stretch dough into a thin 12–14 inch round, leaving a slightly thicker edge for the crust.
Build the base:
Spread sauce evenly over the dough, then top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
Bake:
Bake on the hot stone or steel for 6–9 minutes, until the crust is blistered and the cheese is bubbling.
Hot honey finish:
Remove pizza from the oven and drizzle Gino’s Hot Honey generously over the hot pizza.
