Two friends from different cultural backgrounds bonded over cooking and tasting. Long kitchen nights, shared meals, and a growing curiosity for sweet and spicy flavors planted the first seed.

Experimentation began at home during lockdown. Honey, oils, peppers, and familiar recipes were tested casually, without a destination yet, just a love for bold flavor and balance.

A trip to Italy became the turning point. The discovery of a pepper that showed heat could be flavorful, not overpowering.
