Ingredients
• 2 lbs chicken wings
• Salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste
• 1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
• 3 tbsp Gino’s Hot Honey 🔥
• 1 tbsp butter (optional)
• Optional garnish: chili flakes or fresh lime juice
Instructions
Prep the wings:
Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
Season:
In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder until evenly coated.
Bake until crispy:
Arrange wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Make the hot honey glaze:
In a small bowl, gently warm Gino’s Hot Honey (and butter, if using) until smooth and combined.
Coat & finish:
Toss the hot wings in the sauce until fully coated.
Serve:
Garnish with chili flakes or a splash of lime juice for brightness.
